• Classes are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our refund policy detailed separately; please review before enrollment.

Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow instructions from our instructors. The academy maintains a safe and respectful environment; any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

All choreography, class material, videos, photographs, and other creative content provided through our service are owned by Bollywood Beats Dance Academy or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials outside of the scope authorized by us.

5. Liability

While we strive to ensure a safe environment and quality instruction, Bollywood Beats Dance Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our classes or use of our services. Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any medical conditions or physical limitations.
